famous Sastha Temple is situated here. The place is a
Hindu Pilgrim centre. Bordilon's teak plantation,
Ariyankavu Bordilon, the first forest conservate of
Thiruvithamcoor. He use firstly in the world teak stump to
the teak plantation in 1891. The teak plot is a part of
Eco-Tourism Palaruvi Waterfalls 5 km from Ariyankavu. The
water falls gets the name as it gives an impression of
flowing milk.

is a main Hindu pilgrim center in Kerala. Achencovil
Sastha temple is one of the five Sastha temples in Kerala.
